• Use the Correct Bank Account
  Each currency has a specific bank account listed below. Please ensure you make your payment to the account that matches your chosen currency.

• Check and Convert Using Our Rates

  • If you are paying in a currency different from your local currency, use our Currency Converter on the website to check the correct amount.

  • Select your preferred currency in the converter to see the accurate amount based on our conversion rate.

• Payment Reference

  • Always include your Full Name in the payment reference.

  • Example: John Doe

• Proof of Payment

  • Upload your Bank Payment Receipt.
  • Re-upload the same receipt in the form field provided for payment verification.
  • Send your Payment Receipt again together with your Full Name and Registration Number via the WhatsApp Chat Button on our website. 
    (You can find your Registration Number on the Thank You Page and in the confirmation email you received after submitting the form.)

Note: You must upload your receipt twice (on the form) and also send it via WhatsApp to ensure smooth and proper verification of your payment.

Your enrollment will be officially confirmed once your payment has been verified and cleared by our finance team.

• Processing Time

  • Payments are processed once funds are cleared in our account.

  • This can take 1–3 working days depending on the bank and currency used.
